جرب حظك is operated by Vyspir Technologies, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what the app and this website collect and why.

Account: your email address and name (from your sign-up or Sign in with Apple; Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real email). Optional: a phone number, if you add one.

Gameplay: the puzzles you play, your times, moves, stars and tickets.

You can play without an account; then nothing about you is sent to us. We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we don't collect your location or contacts.

To run your account, count your tickets, hold the monthly draw, contact and verify the winner, and keep the draw fair (for example, spotting impossible solve times).

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Our team, to run the draw. The official draw supervisor receives the numbered entry list; the winner's details are shared only as needed to verify and deliver the prize. Data is stored with our hosting provider Supabase.

Until you delete your account. Records of a draw's winner are kept as long as the law requires.

In the app, open Me and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, tickets and entries. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Only adults (18+) can win the draw. Children can play puzzles without an account.
