How do I earn tickets?
Sign in, then solve any puzzle. Faster solves earn more stars, and harder levels are worth more tickets; the app shows what each level pays before you start. Up to 30 tickets a day.
Why didn't a puzzle give me tickets?
You need to be signed in and online when you finish. Each level pays once a month, so a level you already earned full tickets on pays nothing more until next month. You may also have reached today's limit, which resets at midnight Riyadh time.
When is the draw?
After each month ends, usually within 14 days. The winner is contacted by email or phone and announced in the app.
Can I buy tickets?
No. The draw is free and tickets can only be earned by playing.
I forgot my password
In the app, tap Sign in, type your email and tap Forgot password. We'll email you a link to choose a new one.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me → Delete account. Or email us from the address you signed up with.
