Official rules

The جرب حظك ("Try Your Luck") monthly draw is organised by Vyspir Technologies, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("the Organiser").

The draw is open to residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aged 18 or over with a free جرب حظك account. Employees of the Organiser and their immediate families may not win.

One account per person.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Tickets cannot be bought, sold, traded or transferred, and the app offers no way to buy them.

Tickets are earned only by solving puzzles in the app while signed in. Each solve earns 1 to 3 stars by how fast you finish, and each puzzle, level and star rating is worth a number of tickets shown in the app before you play.

Each brand, puzzle and level pays its tickets once per calendar month. Playing it again with the same or fewer stars earns nothing more; beating your best stars earns only the difference.

You can earn up to 30 tickets per day. Days and months follow Riyadh time (UTC+3).

Tickets are counted by our servers. Solves that are impossibly fast or otherwise not played fairly earn no tickets.

Each calendar month is one draw period. Every ticket earned during the month is one entry in that month's draw. Tickets do not carry over to the next month.

When the month ends, entries are frozen and numbered from 1 to the total number of tickets. Each participant holds the entry numbers matching their tickets.

One winning entry number is picked at random in an official draw conducted under the supervision of the competent authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, normally within 14 days after the month ends. One winner per month.

The prize for each month is shown in the app before the month starts. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Organiser may replace it with one of equal or greater value.

The winner is contacted on the phone number or email of their account within 7 days of the draw and must reply within 30 days. To claim the prize the winner must prove their identity and eligibility. If the winner can't be reached, doesn't qualify or doesn't claim in time, a new winning entry is drawn.

With the winner's consent, their first name, initial and city may be shown in the app and on this website.

Using more than one account, automation, modified apps or any other way to earn tickets without playing fairly leads to disqualification and the loss of all tickets. The Organiser's decision is final.

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Deleting your account removes your tickets and your entries.

Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this draw in any way.

The Organiser may change, pause or end the draw for reasons beyond its control, with notice in the app. These rules are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
